I had an excellent week of practical and theory. He is great lad and tutor. He’s passionate about plumbing and very professional.

Tutor is a very professional tutor and has the ability to explain the task in must simplified way. I admire his way of teaching by the book and very strick about how the things are to be done in actual way.

Tutor was very friendly and approachable and was always willing to help and guide. The staff at the centre were all helpful and friendly and the course was very useful.

Tutors have been amazing as always, the two practical sessions I had to do this week were two of the most challenging and they were both on hand to offer advice when I needed it. The online exams were also very well organised, thanks a lot guys I have enjoyed my course so far and am grateful for the training and help.

IS A GOOD COURSE WITH LOTS OF TRAINING MATERIALS AND WELL EXPERIENCED TUTOR. THE TRAINING IS VERY GOOD WELL STUCTURED SO FAR.I AM ENJOYING THE TRAINING AFTER A LONG WAIT.

Our tutor has been exceptional. He is very knowledgeable and has been extremely patient and helpful. He is truly a credit to the training centre. The team at ERR Wolverhampton has been very accommodating, friendly and helpful also.

I am grateful and really valued the wealth of knowledge of my tutors. They have been a great help for my learning development.

Tutor was fantastic, the week was brilliant. He gave us instructions on what we was doing and left me to it, really gave me the confidence to use what I’ve learnt in the practical format. Any questions I had he did explain but never interfered with my bathroom fit at all which for me was perfect.

thoroughly enjoyed the training this weekend , as usual the tutor has imparted parts of his vast wealth of knowledge onto me.

I really enjoyed my practical week here, my assessor was really helpful and friendly and when things wasn’t going great, he was there to reassure me. I have learnt a lot here this week and I’m also pleased to have gained more knowledge to the theory side and practical side of plumbing. Thank you.

The tutor helped me overcome many personal hurdles when I was on site. He made things much easier to understand, he was really understanding patient, and went out of his way to make sure things sunk in.

Once again the tutor has been brilliant with us on our final weekend, throughly enjoyed the maintenance and learning more, he really deserves a gold medal for all my questions I put to him, will miss him alot, thanks for everything mark

tutor is a very knowlagable teacher and made learing fun and enjobal as an older learner. he was great help when I was sturgling with things and had a lot of belief in me and my skill even when I douted my self. with out him i don’t think I would have passed
